🦞 Clow
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-02 · Effective: 2026-06-02
This policy explains what data the Clow ecosystem collects, how it's used, and your rights. "Clow" refers to the Clow ecosystem operated by Eugene Désiré Nzengou, including the 6 Telegram bots, the web apps, the $Clow token economy, and the marketplace.
1. What we collect
When you use a Telegram bot
- Your Telegram user ID and username (provided by Telegram)
- Commands you send and the bot's responses (for service delivery and analytics)
- Optional data you provide (preferences, addresses for portfolio tracking, etc.)
When you join the waitlist
- First name and email address
- UTM parameters from the link you clicked (for attribution analytics)
- The page section that prompted signup (e.g.,
#join)
When you visit our website
- Aggregate analytics via Plausible — no cookies, no IP storage, no personal identifiers. Plausible is GDPR/CCPA-compliant by design.
When you become a paid subscriber
- Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never see your card details. Stripe stores billing info per their privacy policy.
- We see: email, tier, subscription start/end dates, country (for VAT).
2. What we don't collect
- We don't track you across other sites.
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.
- The bots anonymize and hash conversation content before any internal analytics — no PII is stored in our intelligence engine.
3. How we use it
- Service delivery — to respond to your bot commands and deliver the features you signed up for.
- Email communication — onboarding sequence (D0–D14), product updates, and important account notices. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Aggregate analytics — to understand how the ecosystem is used and improve it. We use Plausible (privacy-respecting) and internal bot analytics that strip identifiers.
- Fraud and abuse prevention — to detect spam, scams, and security threats.
4. Data retention
- Bot interaction logs: 90 days, then anonymized and aggregated.
- Email list: kept while you're subscribed, deleted within 30 days of unsubscribe.
- Payment records: kept for 7 years per legal/tax requirements (Stripe-stored).
- Anonymized analytics: retained indefinitely (no personal data).
5. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and beyond)
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Correct — fix any inaccurate data
- Delete — request full deletion (right to be forgotten)
- Export — receive your data in a portable format
- Object — opt out of email marketing or specific processing
- Withdraw consent — at any time, for any reason
To exercise any of these rights, email desire.yavro@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days (usually within 48 hours).
6. Third parties we use
- Telegram — bot platform (subject to Telegram's privacy policy)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional and marketing email
- Plausible — privacy-respecting web analytics
- GitHub — code hosting and Pages
- Formspree — waitlist form submission handler
- Railway / similar — webhook server hosting
7. Children
Clow is not intended for users under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us — we'll delete it immediately.
8. Token economy disclaimer
The $Clow token is a utility reward within the ecosystem. It is not investment advice. It is not a security. Participation in the token economy is optional and at your own discretion. Consult a local tax professional if applicable.
9. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be announced via email (to subscribers) and at the top of this page at least 14 days before taking effect.
