Terms of Service

By using the Clow ecosystem (the bots, web apps, marketplace, and $Clow token economy), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

"Clow" provides AI agent products (Telegram bots, web apps), a marketplace for third-party agents, and a $Clow utility token. Service is provided as-is, on a best-effort basis.

2. Account & eligibility

• You must be 16+ to use Clow.
• You're responsible for safeguarding access to your Telegram account, email, and wallet.
• One person, one account. No bots, no automation of free tier usage to game the token economy.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid tiers (Pro / Teams / Enterprise) bill monthly via Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers — email us within 7 days of first payment.
• No partial refunds for unused time outside the guarantee window.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT/sales tax, which is added at checkout where required.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use Clow for illegal activities, fraud, or to harm others
• Reverse-engineer the bots or attempt to extract user data not your own
• Spam, scrape, or abuse rate limits
• Resell access without a Marketplace listing or Enterprise agreement
• Misrepresent yourself or your agents on the Marketplace
• Bypass token economy mechanics (multi-accounting, sybil farms, etc.)

Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unclaimed $Clow rewards.

6. Marketplace builders

If you list an agent on the Clow Marketplace, you additionally agree:

• To the 70/30 revenue split (or negotiated terms in writing)
• To pass the security and quality review
• To honor refund requests from buyers in line with your stated policy
• That Clow may delist agents that violate ecosystem guidelines
• That you own or have rights to all code and content you list

7. Intellectual property

• Clow trademark, branding, and original code: owned by Eugene Désiré Nzengou.
• Your data, your content, your agents (Marketplace): owned by you.
• The 14 Clow ecosystem products listed publicly: each retains its own licensing — see individual repos.

8. Disclaimers

• Bots produce AI-generated content. Treat outputs as informational, not professional advice (financial, legal, medical, etc.).
• Service availability is not guaranteed. We aim for high uptime but don't commit to SLA except on Enterprise tier.
• Third-party integrations (Telegram, Stripe, etc.) are subject to their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clow's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Clow is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or trading losses arising from bot outputs.

10. Termination

• You can terminate at any time by stopping use and emailing us to delete your account.
• We can terminate for material violations of these terms, with notice where reasonable.
• On termination: paid features end, $Clow tokens already on-chain remain yours, off-chain balances are paid out if > $20 USD equivalent.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes that can't be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be resolved by the competent French courts.

12. Changes

Material changes will be announced by email and on this page at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
